RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trade Show & Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute national, regional, and distributor trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Manage event logistics including booth design, promotional materials, sponsorships, registrations, shipping, staffing schedules, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate pre-show and post-show communications and lead follow-up activities with the sales team.
  • Track event budgets, ROI, attendee engagement, and lead generation metrics.
  • Maintain an annual trade show and sales meeting calendar and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Promotional Material & Sell Sheet Development

  • Develop and maintain products sell sheets, brochures, flyers, digital assets, and customer-facing promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with product management, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure messaging accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with external agencies and graphic designers to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and customer touchpoints.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, distributor channels, and events.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, messaging, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate content creation and campaign deployment to support product launches, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and prepare reports for leadership.

Distributor Communications

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for distributor partners.
  • Develop distributor-focused communications, promotional programs, sales enablement tools, and campaign support materials.
  • Coordinate distributor marketing activities, co-op marketing initiatives, and promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure distributors are informed of product updates, campaigns, launches, and marketing resources.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor marketing and sales teams to increase program participation and sales performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with sales, product management, veterinary technical teams, and customer service to support commercial objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Support product launches and ongoing brand growth initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in animal health, veterinary, healthcare, agriculture, or related industries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Graphic Design, MailChimp.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Experience managing trade shows, customer events, and promotional programs.
  • Experience developing sales collateral, sell sheets, and marketing communications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing outside agencies, vendors, and creative resources.

Preferred

  • Experience working with veterinary, animal health, pharmaceutical, or agricultural distribution channels.
