We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support strategic outreach for large-scale transmission projects throughout Florida.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic engagement plans for complex transmission projects
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support public outreach and advocate for community interests
- Develop external communications strategies
- Proactively address potential opposition to transmission projects
- Identify solutions to stakeholder concerns that align with overall project goals
- Use strong MSO skills to support project execution
Requirements:
- Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, gas, or related industries
- Stakeholder/public engagement experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel approximately 2 days per week
