Marketing Lead

The role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Lead to guide our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals. This role is based in NYC, with 3 days per week in office. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital transformation services and a track record of building successful marketing strategies within IT services or technology. You will need to be a strategic thinker who can turn complex technical solutions into narratives that resonate across diverse audiences.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads


• Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader


• Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyze campaign performance


• Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts


• Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify growth opportunities


• Plan and execute events and industry engagements to promote the brand


• Oversee and mentor the marketing team toward department goals


• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred


• 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation


• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics


• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies


• Excellent communication and leadership skills
