Marketing Launch Manager

Owning the email marketing operations and lifecycle engine, the full-time remote Launch Manager will manage project timelines, build and execute email campaigns, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining accurate reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities Manage the master email marketing calendar and oversee end-to-end email marketing project management Build, schedule, and test email campaigns and marketing automations in Klaviyo Analyze marketing data and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership Required qualifications Proven experience in marketing operations or project management within a fast-paced environment Strong technical skills with a focus on systems integration and automation Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving Data-driven mindset with a passion for metrics and reporting Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
