You’re interested in what gets people’s attention—and what helps them understand a brand once they stop to listen. You enjoy contributing ideas, but you also want to be involved in delivering them.

We’re hiring a Marketing Executive in Cincinnati to support live promotions, brand presentations, and audience engagement. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position involving campaign preparation, direct interaction, and reporting.

Your Campaign Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional materials, displays, and daily campaign requirements.
• Represent client brands at local promotional venues.
• Start conversations and explain products, services, and campaign messages.
• Support presentations and respond to attendee questions.
• Gather feedback and maintain accurate engagement records.
• Review results with colleagues and suggest improvements to delivery.

Experience That Can Translate

Marketing, promotions, events, retail, and hospitality experience are helpful. Internships, volunteering, and community projects can also demonstrate relevant skills.

A specific degree isn’t required. We value clear communication, practical organization, attention to detail, and confidence interacting with different people.

Develop Your Marketing Judgment

You’ll receive guidance on brand standards, campaign processes, and reporting tools. Working alongside the team, you’ll build experience adapting presentations, understanding audiences, and coordinating promotional activity.
