A Series A crypto payroll platform is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive growth and scale a high-impact product marketing and demand generation function. This senior role involves close collaboration with Sales and Product teams, with the ultimate goal of generating leads and building pipelines in a fast-growing tech environment.
You will lead and scale marketing efforts, shape compelling product positioning, and enable cross‑functional teams to accelerate growth across the tech startup market. This full‑time role offers the chance to build a team, influence strategic direction, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to boost pipeline and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and grow a marketing team aligned with company growth goals
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to create compelling messaging and enablement tools
- Translate complex product features into clear, marketable value propositions
- Drive demand generation campaigns focused on lead quality and pipeline growth
- Manage branding and positioning efforts to differentiate in competitive markets
- Monitor KPIs and optimize marketing programs for sustained impact
Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, including product marketing and demand generation
- Leadership experience with teams, preferably in scaling environments
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales and Product teams
- Track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue
- Experience with crypto, AI, or fintech sectors is advantageous
