Results-oriented and strategic, the full-time salaried Marketing Director will oversee the marketing plan for a leading health supplements ecommerce brand, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and optimizing the marketing funnel while working remotely with a preference for South Florida candidates. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the marketing budget to drive profitable revenue growth and achieve key performance targets Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple channels, managing agency partners and internal resources for optimal growth Own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Marketing Funnel Optimization processes to enhance customer journeys and increase lifetime value Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing marketing budgets and driving growth for a DTC consumer product brand, preferably in health or wellness Proven success in scaling customer acquisition spend across multiple channels while maintaining profitability targets Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools, including Shopify Plus and Google Analytics (GA4) Strong understanding of key ecommerce metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS Experience managing teams and building marketing systems to support long-term growth
