You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team and receive support from corporate marketing team while making a direct impact in the Lufkin community.What You'll DoThe Marketing Director is responsible for achieving occupancy goals through the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the community's sales and marketing strategy.In this role, you will:Generate and nurture prospective resident leads through relationship building and community outreachConduct tours and guide prospects through the decision-making processDevelop and execute marketing plans that drive occupancy and community awarenessBuild referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, churches, and local businessesPlan and coordinate events that showcase the PineCrest lifestyleMaintain accurate lead management and follow-up processesPartner closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to achieve census goalsWhat We're Looking For· Proven senior living sales experience required· Bachelor's degree preferred (related experience may be substituted)· Previous leadership or supervisory experience· Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills· Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities· Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn community software systems· A genuine passion for serving older adults and their familiesWhy PineCrest?Located in the heart of Lufkin, PineCrest Retirement Community has been serving older adults for generations.
