This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the organization's market presence and help it find a voice that will make a difference.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the organization's activities.Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.Plan and execute campaigns by organizing and developing specific programs and determining organization's presence at conventions, annual meetings and seminars.Monitor campaigns and advertisements progress and submit performance reports.Responsible for producing valuable content for the organization's online presence, editorial design and organizing the organization's publications.Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and future enhancements.Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.Qualifications/SkillsExcellent leadership and organizing skills.Analytical and creative thinking.Exquisite communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in marketing research and statistical analysisKnowledge of web analytics and advertisement platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords.Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.Minimum 5 years' experience preferred.
