Marketing CoordinatorA well-regarded research nonprofit in Washington, DC is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This individual will play an active role in supporting marketing campaigns, conducting research, and translating data into actionable insights — all within a fast-paced, mission-focused setting. The right candidate is self-directed, organized, and enthusiastic about contributing to purposeful work.Key responsibilities include:Plan, execute, and maintain social media campaigns and assist with event logistics and coordinationProvide administrative support across the marketing function, including calendar management and CRM data entry and maintenanceResearch industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategyDevelop and implement creative marketing campaigns aimed at building brand visibility and supporting revenue goalsCompile reports, build out presentations, and create visual summaries of data for internal stakeholdersAssess marketing performance through data analysis, including evaluating market position and identifying areas for growthQualifications include:2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to campaign management, social media, and event coordinationSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with CRM platforms, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plusWell-organized with strong time management instincts and clear written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who brings reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to their workBachelor's degree highly preferred, though not requiredThis is a fully onsite contract role in Washington, DC, estimated at 3–4 months in duration.
