Role Description This part-time remote Marketing Coordinator role supports the planning and execution of marketing activities that promote Legato’s solutions to music industry professionals and organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with digital marketing campaigns, coordinating social media content, and preparing marketing materials and sales collateral. The Marketing Coordinator will help organize virtual events and webinars, track campaign performance, and support outreach efforts to prospective partners and clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing projects.

• Candidates should possess Sales and basic customer outreach skills to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning and organizational skills to coordinate virtual events and marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is beneficial.
• Interest in or experience with the music, media, or technology sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across time zones.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
