Primary job responsibilities include:Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.Support our SEO partner in developing local content upon their request.

In addition, segment their intake team rated recordings for each intake person and support appropriate training.Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and email marketing.Track marketing metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with leadership to develop branding initiatives and promotional strategies.Plan and support community outreach programs, sponsorships, and events.Develop and coordinate an annual events plan.Maintain relationships with vendors, media contacts, and business partners.Qualifications include:1-3 years of experience in marketing and communications, with previous experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and website analytics.Looking for someone with strong communications and organization skillsExpressive and professional in verbal and written communicationA responsible self-starter who enjoys working toward company goalsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Possess attention to detail and provide detailed progress reports.Experience conducting independent research and preparing results.Willing to travel as needed.Team compensation and benefits include:Leadership developmentMonthly cross-training opportunitiesPaid trainingHealth, dental and vision insurance401K with company matchReferral programGreat culture and team dynamicExempt salary between $40,000-$60,000 pending experienceWorking conditions and physical requirements include:Hours/Week: 40-50 hr work week with some evening and weekend work required.In-office working environment based out of Winston Salem or Granite Falls location.Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g. promotion materials, event setup).Ability to travel locally for events, networking opportunities or community outreach.As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, employment offers are contingent upon the satisfactory results of a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening.Paul Davis Triad-West does not offer relocation assistance.
