Our OLTL Home Care team is expanding, and we're ready to level up our marketing so more families can access safe, reliable, compassionate care.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase OLTL client enrollmentManage social media content, posting schedule, and digital presenceCreate marketing materials (flyers, brochures, videos, ads, community outreach content) aligned with iHomeCare brandingCoordinate community events, outreach efforts, and partnership buildingTrack marketing performance, leads, and conversion metricsAssist with website updates and digital campaignsMaintain consistent brand messaging across all platformsSupport the CEO and Operations Manager with special marketing projectsQualificationsExperience in marketing, communications, or related fieldStrong social media and digital marketing skillsAbility to create clean, modern, branded marketing materialsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience with Canva, Google Workspace, and basic analytics toolsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPrior healthcare or home care experience is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive payFlexible, supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyMeaningful work that impacts real families in the communityScheduleMonday–FridayOccasional weekends for community events
