In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and other technical staff to prepare persuasive proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials relating to business development.Support proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messagingWrite and edit marketing proposal documents, as well as develop and coordinate graphics and layoutSupport client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data managementConsistently maintain pursuit and project information in our customer relationship management (CRM) database, along with resumes, project descriptions, and photographyFile pursuit materials upon submittal in accordance with HDR guidelinesSupport pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materialsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusSupport management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsMaintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsArrange for professional photography on projectsSupport development of annual and long-term strategic plans within established company direction and goals, including creating growth initiatives and prioritizing strategic investmentsSupport implementation of key growth initiatives and investments as defined in annual and long-term strategic plansSupport development and implement of client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assignedSupport solicitation of formal client feedbackAdminister implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of AuthoritySupport implementation of strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associationsSupport creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts.Support fulfilling conference sponsorship benefits, as needed.Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences and recruitingPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 1 year document layout and production experiencePrevious experience in the A/E industry strongly desiredDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing tasks with limited oversightAbility and desire to engage with others in-person, including traveling to other HDR NY/NJ offices, as neededLocal candidates preferredRequired Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
