Marketing Coordinator IIThe marketing contracted support position is based in Bridgewater and will assist in activities supporting multiple Legacy Brands, including Synvisc, Lovenox, Renvela, Ambien, and other established brands. This position will work closely with the EP Marketing & WLB Account Team and other key internal stakeholders including MCE (Multi-Channel Engagement), Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, and Finance, as well as external agencies.Responsibilities:Support the execution of the operational brand plans supported by appropriate tactics to implement HCP and patient strategies.Work with the Marketing team to align on project allocation and follow-ups for below:Website maintenance (Synvisc, all WLB product sites) & non-personal promotion (WLB assets)Support MCE and ITS on product web presence consolidationSupport website & promotional brand materials working with internal stakeholdersManage, track and assess budgets for WLB campaigns & KPIs for executionPlavix transition of website and other promotional materials to Sanofi. Support MCE lead on potential brand revitalization workSupport the Review Committee process across Winthrop Legacy Brands.

Effectively liaise with legal, regulatory, and medical to ensure the process is completed in a timely manner and brand execution deadlines are met.Assist with management of marketing related expenses and the appropriate approval and execution of marketing related projects/tasks.Provide day-to-day project management for Legacy Brands to ensure project deliverables are in line with agreed upon timelines.Coordinate the work of multiple external vendors (including ad agencies) and internal departments including marketing, market research, legal, regulatory and medical affairs and build effective working relationships across functions.Address ad-hoc tasks related to legacy brand portfolio as they ariseCustomer or advocacy group inquiries related to supply & awareness campaignsConvention and trade show management activitiesUnderstand and adhere to all compliance policies that govern promotional activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 2-3 years of Healthcare experience in operational marketing, sales, or product/project managementExperience working with cross-functional groups, made up of the following: Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, etc.Highly collaborative individual with a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and prioritize key objective effectively.Strong communications skills and team player mindset is required.Strong project management expertise
