Marketing CoordinatorReporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of Lithion's marketing activities across multiple brands. This role helps keep campaigns on track, content published, and marketing systems organized. The coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution, manage marketing assets, and maintain consistency across all channels.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, and proactively support a fast-paced marketing environment.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Assist with content creation and graphic designSupport execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, with a focus on lead generation and engagement.Schedule and publish content across social platformsBuild and send marketing email campaigns and newslettersMaintain and update websites in WebflowManage brand assets, templates, and content librariesSupport basic SEO and website optimization tasksAssist in coordinating external agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activitiesTrack campaign performance and compile basic reports (social, email, web)Support marketing team with campaign setup, tracking, and optimization activitiesSupport the maintenance and updating of the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and campaign activityQualifications & Competencies:1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content roleBasic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation principlesProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video is a plus)Comfortable working across multiple projects and brandsFamiliarity with marketing tools (email platforms, CMS, analytics tools)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow defined processesVideography and editing skills – PreferredCan work to deadlinesWillingness to learn and develop skills in campaign execution and performance trackingExperience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products - PreferredWork Environment & Physical Requirements:This role is conducted in an office environment requiring some or all the following:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstationRepetitive hand and arm movementsOccasional lifting to 50lbs may be requiredFrequent reaching, grasping, pushing or pulling, bending or twisting motionsWalking short distances and standing for meetings or other office activitiesRequired to wear and properly use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and lab coats as required by safety protocols
