Marketing Communication Specialist (TEMP)
Location: Holmdel, NJ
Schedule: 100% Onsite - 5 Days Per Week
Pay: $85/hour
Contract: December 2026 – March 2027
We're partnering with a global consumer products organization that is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting its marketing team during a maternity leave coverage. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who excels at creating polished presentations, analyzing market data, and supporting key marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication and analytical skills with exceptional PowerPoint expertise. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform market insights, consumer trends, and business data into compelling, customer-facing materials that help drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials
- Turn research, data, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis
- Gather, organize, and analyze marketing and competitive intelligence data
- Coordinate marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Support additional marketing projects and business initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing, communications, insights, or related business support experience
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong presentation storytelling abilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
- Experience within the fragrance, flavor, consumer products, or related industries is a plus
