Marketing Communications Specialist

Managing marketing communications projects, the contract Marketing Communications Specialist will support a healthcare client remotely by executing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Manage marketing communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute established marketing and communications plans Develop and organize marketing communications content while navigating regulatory and compliance requirements Required qualifications Minimum BA/BS degree; PMP or similar certification preferred 3 to 10 years of cross-functional project management and/or marketing communications experience Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, or Clinical departments to approve content Strong preference for experience in med tech or healthcare industries Familiarity with FDA regulations is highly valuable
