Job Title: Marketing/Communications Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
Location: 100% remote
Shift: 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Website Content Management: regularly update and maintain website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Content Creation & Updates: edit and update marketing materials such as PDFs using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
- Image Editing: enhance and optimize images for digital use using Adobe Photoshop; collaborate with regional teams to review and maintain translated content, ensuring timely updates and accurate localization across all digital platforms.
- Event Support: assist regional commercial teams with the planning and execution of industry events, including registration, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Video Editing: edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience.
- Attention to detail, collaboration and teamwork, communication skills, time management and prioritization, adaptability, problem solving, and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
