Bottomless Promotion is looking for a Marketing Campaign Associate to join our Atlanta team and gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, experiential marketing, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and promotional marketing.

This role is designed for someone who wants more than classroom knowledge. You’ll learn how marketing campaigns operate in real-world environments—from engaging audiences and representing brands to helping deliver campaign objectives.

Whether your background is in marketing, business, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field, this is an opportunity to turn your knowledge into practical experience.

The Role

As a Marketing Campaign Associate, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and customer acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of experiential and promotional marketing campaigns
• Representing client brands at events, activations, and promotional locations
• Engaging target audiences and communicating campaign messaging
• Supporting customer acquisition initiatives
• Communicating campaign information clearly and professionally
• Working with team members to deliver campaign targets
• Contributing to a positive and professional customer experience
• Receiving coaching on marketing, sales, communication, and campaign strategy
• Developing an understanding of campaign performance and business objectives

You’ll develop practical skills that can strengthen your future career in marketing, advertising, communications, business development, sales, or management.

Training & Progression
