Marketing Business Development Representative

Owning the customer journey for RunningMate, the full-time remote Marketing Business Development Representative will serve as the primary sales contact for prospective customers, managing inbound leads, generating outbound opportunities, and collaborating across teams to convert leads into customers. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary sales contact for all RunningMate prospects and manage the lead-to-customer journey Identify and engage prospective customers through various outreach channels while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer experience and support marketing initiatives Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role Experience managing inbound leads and generating new opportunities through outbound outreach Proficiency in using HubSpot or another CRM platform Strong relationship-building and presentation skills A self-starter mindset with a passion for customer success and business growth
