Marketing Automation Product ManagerDimensional is seeking a Marketing Automation Product Manager to drive marketing efforts across our automation platforms. This role is critical to delivering personalized, compliant, and scalable client engagement across the financial professional lifecycle.You will act as a subject matter expert of the platform, partnering closely with channel marketing, sales support, and technology teams to define priorities, optimize processes, and deliver best-in-class experiences across touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of regulated environments and the ability to balance innovation with governance.Product Strategy & Platform OwnershipInform the product roadmap for our Microsoft Customer Insights – Journeys instance, aligning with marketing objectives and priorities.Consult with marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve client engagement, operational efficiency, lead nurturing, and marketing performance through technology enhancements and process optimization.Serve as the day-to-day product owner and administrator for Microsoft Customer Insights – Journeys and primary liaison between marketing, sales and technical teams.Maintain product backlog with clear requirements and oversee successful delivery through iterative processes.Drive innovation by actively seeking opportunities to leverage automation, personalization, and emerging capabilities of the platform.Facilitate cross-functional alignment with sales support team to ensure seamless integrations with CRM and related workflows.Oversee platform configuration, data flows, and ongoing optimization to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.Campaign Operations & Execution SupportLead platform adoption efforts including training, documentation, and stakeholder enablement across marketing and sales support teams as needed.Support marketing teams in the execution of campaigns, automated journeys, and communications across email and digital channels.Establish and enforce best practices for email marketing, A/B and multivariate testing, personalization and segmentation, deliverability optimization, campaign QA and validation, measurement, and accessibility.Oversee campaign quality assurance processes to ensure accurate targeting, functional links, and flawless execution.Partner with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness, provide consistent reporting, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Compliance, Risk and GovernanceEnsure marketing automation activities and data comply with regulations, privacy standards, and internal governance requirements.Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to implement appropriate controls and workflows.Maintain audit-ready documentation related to campaigns, consent management, data usage, retention policies, and system changes.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in product management, marketing operations, or marketing technology rolesStrong understanding of marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and customer lifecycle managementExperience working in a global context and navigating risks and challenges across diverse markets.Strong project management skills, ability to manage projects, timelines and resources effectivelyExperience working closely with both marketing and sales teams in a B2B or B2B2C environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Sales, Salesforce) and lead management processesExperience with data integration, segmentation, and customer data platforms (CDPs)Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and user storiesStrong analytics skills with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and AIThis role is not eligible for immigration sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Customer Insights and/or Customer Insights – Journeys (Dynamics 365 Marketing) strongly preferredExperience with personalization, journey orchestrations, and omnichannel campaign strategiesBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field or equivalent experienceKnowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management practicesFamiliarity with integrations across mar tech stack (e.g., CMS, analytics, event platforms)Experience working in Agile or product-led environments, experience with Jira a plusBackground in in financial services, B2B marketing, or regulated industries is a plus
