This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity with significant room for growth.In This Role, You Will:Create, test, proofread, and manage Pardot email templatesDevelop and maintain Pardot automation and engagement programsAssign and manage campaign codesSend, monitor, and report on email campaigns, automations, and daily marketing blastsPrimary responsibility for creating and managing landing pages using UnbounceCollaborate with graphic designers to create and adjust email and landing page templatesMaintain email compatibility across Windows Outlook, Web, and Mobile Email BrowsersManage the integrity of Pardot data in sync with Salesforce recordsDevelop views and reports to support results analysis and communicationUtilize Excel for reporting, list processing, and advanced data analysis (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts)Work closely with the Mass Market team to place and distribute marketing contentAttend and contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and addressing roadblocksAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with minimum 3.0 GPA0-2 years of experience in a marketing-related rolePardot certification or experience with a leading marketing automation platform is a plusExperience with email and landing page templates (Pardot preferred)Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, list management, and customer response flowsProficiency in Excel and experience with Adobe Suite and/or CanvaBasic HTML editing skills are a plusImage processing skills (e.g., resizing and cropping) using Canva, Adobe, or similar toolsKnowledge and interest in financial marketsStrong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and strategies, including content generation, workflow automation, audience segmentation, analytics, and campaign optimizationStays current on emerging trends and best practices in AI marketingWhat We Offer:Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary bonusBenefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental and vision insuranceRetirement: 401K plan with Roth optionsProfessional Development: Industry training and support for certificationPTO: Flexible Time OffEqual employment opportunities are available to all applicants and team members without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability status or any other applicable characteristics protected by law.
