Swift Events is a Spectrum Retail Partner, representing Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile services through in-person retail and event-based marketing. We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our Cleveland team, someone who wants hands-on experience across marketing, events, and customer engagement, with real room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Help set up, run, and break down retail activations and community events across the Cleveland area
- Engage directly with the public, sharing information about Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile offerings
- Assist with tracking campaign performance and reporting back what's working
- Help prepare marketing materials, signage, and event logistics
- Collaborate with the broader Swift Events team on new campaign ideas and process improvements
- Represent the Swift Events and Spectrum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, adaptable, and comfortable talking to new people
- Interested in building a career in marketing, sales, or brand management
- No experience required, full training provided from day one
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
- Available a minimum of 4 days per week (schedule may include weekends)
- Able to work in person at our Cleveland location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
