Are you looking for an opportunity to build real-world marketing experience while developing your communication, customer engagement, and business skills?

Our Midtown Manhattan team is hiring Entry-Level Marketing Associates to support face-to-face marketing initiatives and client campaigns. In this role, you'll interact directly with business customers, represent nationally recognized brands, and gain hands-on experience in a professional B2B environment.

This is an in-person marketing position focused on customer interaction, brand representation, and campaign support. It is not a digital marketing, social media, SEO, graphic design, public relations, or content creation role.

No previous marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you learn the role, build confidence, and grow professionally.

What You'll Do

• Assist with face-to-face marketing campaigns and client initiatives.
• Represent client brands in a professional, positive, and engaging manner.
• Interact directly with business customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently.
• Gather customer feedback and relevant market information.
• Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to support campaign and business objectives.

About the Role

This is a fully on-site position in Midtown Manhattan. Daily face-to-face interaction with customers and business clients is an essential part of the position.

As a Marketing Associate, you'll gain practical experience in customer engagement, brand representation, campaign support, communication, and business development while working closely with an experienced team.
