Our team in Independence, minutes from downtown Cleveland, is growing. As a Spectrum retail partner, we're hiring a Marketing Associate to promote Spectrum's services directly to local customers. This is a field-based, event-driven role. You'll be out at community events, pop-ups, and local activations, not behind a desk, and you'll learn the marketing and sales side as you go.

Day to day, you'll
- Work in the field at in-person events and promotional locations
- Set up and break down event displays and materials
- Talk with attendees to understand what they need
- Point them toward the right Spectrum service
- Log customer information and sign-ups accurately
- Check in with your team on goals and progress
To be considered, you should
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to work a minimum of 4 full days per week
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be ready to start immediately
- Be comfortable working on your feet at events, in a field-based role
- Enjoy working with people and have a positive, steady attitude
