Job Overview – Marketing Associate – 34348

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support marketing and communications initiatives across industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate portfolios. This role plays a key part in executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, support leasing and investment efforts, and strengthen market presence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for real estate, brand storytelling, and creative marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and property marketing collateral.
  • Support brand communications by maintaining consistent messaging across internal and external marketing initiatives.
  • Manage website content and commercial real estate listings, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including designers, photographers, videographers, and website developers, to execute marketing projects.
  • Assist with public relations efforts by monitoring industry trends, media coverage, and supporting brand visibility initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate company, broker, tenant, and community events, including sponsorships and promotional materials.
  • Maintain digital marketing assets, manage vendor contracts and invoices, and support special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support leasing, investment, and overall business development objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience (commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required).
  • Ability to work in an office environment five days per week.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
