- Promote and market Ayala Land's residential brands
- Represent the organization at sponsored booths, events, roadshows and other marketing initiatives
- Maximize digital marketing platforms and tools to generate leads and expand market reach
- Provide accurate and detailed project information, process, and computation accordingly
- Achieve required target on a monthly basis
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Tagalog
- Must be a permanent resident of the United States or hold valid work permit
- Experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine property market is preferred
- Self-motivated, dynamic, results driven, and entrepreneurial-minded
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
