Job Title
Marketing Associate/Assistant
Job Duties
- Expand customer base and sales per customer with product and service offers
- Drive revenue by assisting and executing marketing best practices (e.g. web site content, email campaigns, CRM, follow-up, and more)
- Follow up customer opportunities/samples/quotes by email, web, phone, and other channels
- Generate sales reports for the management team to gain opportunity insights and win new business.
- Identify and target new customers for marketing campaigns
- On-site role, answer phone, clerical tasks, etc.
Requirements
- Legal to work in United States
- Must have a bachelor degree or higherPunctual and professional at all times
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to wear any hat as needed to get the job done
- Self-starter, willing to learn the industry and grow with the role
Qualifications
- Ability to design, create content and oversee production of marketing materials and customer touch points
- Website content and design experience/knowledge
- Data/Contact list management
