Marketing Assistant (Temporary, Full-time)

Duration: ASAP, through end of year

Location: Onsite, Ware, MA

Pay Rate: $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support a busy marketing department through the year-end. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with strong digital marketing skills and hands-on HubSpot experience to contribute to a variety of content, website management, and promotional initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital content calendar, coordinating email campaigns and social media posts.
• Manage day-to-day website content and functionality, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, compliance, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with an external marketing agency on paid digital advertising and creative development.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop product promotions, customer stories, employee highlights, and recognition initiatives.
• Support ongoing digital marketing projects and help ensure timely execution of marketing priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub preferred.
• Familiarity with paid digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Experience with Canva, chat tools, and SMS marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with banking products, services, or technology is a plus, but not required.
