Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Experience: Previous marketing, outreach or customer service experience preferred

Our Mission-based business works with clients across retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, managing campaigns and market outreach that support their wider business objectives.

We're expanding our promotional team and have an opening for a Marketing Assistant. This position offers the chance to gain experience across different client accounts while working in a structured, collaborative office environment.

How You'll Spend Your Week

• Helping organise promotional campaigns from initial concepts through to live launch

• Maintaining marketing calendars, campaign deadlines and audience engagement trackers

• Liaising with local vendors, venue partners and internal teams on campaign requirements

• Preparing brand decks, meeting briefs and campaign recap documentation

• Monitoring daily promotional activity and flagging potential rollout delays

• Coordinating campaign materials and supporting day-to-day market outreach execution

• Assisting senior marketing managers with campaign reviews and performance updates

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in marketing support, brand outreach, retail, customer service or administration

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Confidence communicating with team members, venue partners and target audiences

• Ability to manage several marketing initiatives without losing track of launch schedules

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, design assets or campaign tracking systems

• A practical approach to solving campaign challenges and following through on daily tasks

You don't need to have held a Marketing Assistant title previously, but some experience in a professional working environment would be beneficial.

The Working Arrangement

This is a fully on-site Marketing Assistant position in Mission, working directly with the campaign execution and strategy teams.

You'll have a consistent weekday schedule, guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop your promotional coordination and campaign management skills.
