Bilingual Marketing Assistant - Field OperationsBecome a hero and join us on our mission to help underserved kids!Generous pay with monthly bonus opportunitiesPTO and paid holidaysCareer growth within your practice and the regionMedical, dental, vision insurance, 401K & moreHero Practice Services is currently seeking a Bilingual Marketing Assistant - Field Operations to assist field marketing events and oversee site visits and execute social media campaigns.Pay range: $20-$22/hrJob ResponsibilitiesAssist the marketing team in gathering social media content and researching current trends in the marketsParticipate in tabling eventsOrganize marketing collateral and keep inventory for sites and teamSupport the team with administrative tasks, tracking schedule for events, and basic market researchEnter new patients into systems from eventsTrack new patients from past events and executing follow-upsParticipate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved childrenJob QualificationsBilingual in SpanishPrevious field marketing and/or event experienceAbility to travel within our surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis; approximately 90% travelAbility to work weekendsExceptional interpersonal skills including excellent written communication and speaking abilityProficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365Experience with medical, dental, and/or vision care a plusExperience in public speaking and implementation of community programs for those in needIn addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
