The Maids of Wilmington is searching for a bilingual (Spanish Language) part-time Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team! We are looking for someone that wants to work within a small business, can solve problems with a smile, and would like to further their career in business development.Our professional residential cleaning company offers a career opportunity for a dedicated individual, whose desire is to put customer services and sales at the forefront. In the service industry, one must be able to manage our customer base while providing an excellent experience.The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their product knowledge to build the company's brand, acquire new prospects and coordinate customer communications.Responsibilities:Participate in community outreach and marketing eventsManage social media updatesCoordinates client appointments.Follow up and give status reports on ongoing projects/tasks.Must be able to prioritize telephone requests and handle any urgent matters with professionalism.Providing personalized support to customersEvaluating prospects and managing pipelineAbility to build rapport with clientsSpecial and ad hoc marketing projects, as assigned.What it takes to become a part of the team:Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goalsDemonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilitiesProficient computer skills – you must be able to seamlessly work with Google Workspace and be capable of learning new software systems.Mandatory Qualifications:Proficient speaking in the Spanish Language – you will be tested in the interviewExcellent organizational skills – you must be deadline and detail-orientedPrevious customer service experience – you must have some level of experience handling customersEducation:Bachelor’s Degree considered a plus, but not requiredBenefits:Competitive base salary based on experienceFlexible scheduleSupplemental medical, dental and vision insurance packagesSalary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour & Quarterly bonus payAbility to commute/relocate: Wilmington, NC 28405: Reliably commute or relocate for onsite trainingWork Location: Hybrid remote in Wilmington, NC 28405Send resumes to
