Marketing and Sales Associate at Kevin's Jewelers Farmington Hills

Kevin's Jewelers is a family-owned jewelry store specializing in custom engagement rings, fine jewelry, jewelry repair, and gold buying. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and personable team member who is excited about marketing, social media, customer service, and sales.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Marketing

• Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Appear on camera for videos, reels, and educational content
• Develop creative content ideas related to engagement rings, diamonds, jewelry trends, repairs, and custom jewelry
• Assist with social media strategy and content planning
• Help improve website content and SEO
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages when appropriate
• Assist with Google Business Profile updates and online reputation management
• Support digital marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns

Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
• Assist customers with jewelry purchases and inquiries
• Support the sales team throughout the customer journey
• Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

Administrative & Organizational Tasks

• Maintain organized customer records and project notes
• Assist with inventory organization and showroom presentation
• Help coordinate marketing projects and store initiatives
• Support day‑to‑day store operations as needed

• Passion for social media, marketing, branding, and content creation
• Comfortable being on camera and interacting with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker who can generate content ideas independently
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, or retail is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Social media management
• Google Business Profile management
• SEO and digital marketing
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
• Retail sales or customer service
