Full-Time | Entry-Level | In-Person Position
The Catalyst Corporation is growing and actively seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Marketing Associates. In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail environments, helping customers learn about products, services, and promotions through engaging, face-to-face interactions.
This position is perfect for individuals looking to build experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership development while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands professionally within retail locations
- Engage customers through friendly, in-person conversations
- Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Assist with in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Maintain strong brand presentation and professionalism
- Track daily campaign performance and customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and business development
