Marketing, Growth & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)Location: Remote (Jacksonville area of Florida preferred, but not required) Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (flexible) Compensation: $20-25/hourAbout UsWe're a growing talent acquisition consulting firm looking for a proactive, organized, and creative individual to support our marketing, sales, operations, and client success efforts. You'll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow with a small business.ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social MediaSchedule and publish content across social media platformsEdit short-form videos and create graphics in CanvaWrite captions and repurpose contentMaintain a content calendar and monitor engagementSales & Business DevelopmentResearch prospective clients and decision-makersBuild prospect lists and support outreach campaignsSchedule meetings and maintain recordsAssist with proposals and sales materialsExecutive & Client SupportSupport the founder with daily operations and project coordinationManage calendars, meetings, and follow-up itemsPrepare presentations and client documentsTrack deadlines, action items, and deliverablesHelp deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing accountQualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:Organized, detail-oriented, and dependableProactive with excellent communication skillsComfortable managing multiple prioritiesExperienced with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platformsFamiliar using AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred)Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plusGrowth OpportunityThis role starts at 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to QUICKLY grow into a full-time position as the business and client account continue to expand.
