Marketing & E-Commerce Lead

The Decal Source | On-site | $50,000-$65,000 per year

This position requires regular on-site attendance and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

The Decal Source is looking for a hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead marketing across our commercial B2B and motorsports markets.

This role combines strategy with execution. You'll grow our Shopify store, manage digital advertising, support lead generation through HubSpot, coordinate creative resources, and evaluate campaigns and partnerships based on measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute B2B and motorsports marketing strategies.
• Grow Shopify traffic, conversions, and online sales.
• Manage advertising across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Use HubSpot to support lead generation, campaign tracking, and customer engagement.
• Plan promotions across digital, e-commerce, event, and partnership channels.
• Evaluate sponsorships and partnerships based on ROI.
• Track performance and report marketing results to company leadership.
• Manage budgets, internal designers, and outside contractors.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels.

What We're Looking For

• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing platform.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social media advertising.
• Ability to connect marketing activity to leads, sales, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Strong project-management, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
