Marketing & Communications Specialist

To elevate the organization's brand and mission, the contract Marketing & Communications Specialist will lead and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies remotely, engaging stakeholders and creating compelling storytelling experiences across multiple channels. Key responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance visibility and grow audiences Plan and oversee strategic communications and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms Manage content creation for marketing collateral and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, design, or a related field Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and web content management systems (e.g., Squarespace) Proven leadership capabilities with a proactive, self-starting attitude Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs
