Marketing & Communications Manager

To support an established network of relationships, the part-time Marketing & Communications Manager will activate outreach efforts, manage a contact database in HubSpot, and execute campaigns to expand the organization's newsletter and sponsored content reach while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain and activate a structured contact database in HubSpot for organized outreach Execute sequenced outreach campaigns and track engagement, responses, and follow-ups Manage the production calendar for the organization's biweekly newsletter and support outreach for sponsorship opportunities Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, outreach, or relationship management Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, for managing outreach and relationships Strong written communication skills for drafting concise emails and short-form content Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a part-time role Familiarity with Google Sheets and experience with newsletter platforms like Substack or Mailchimp is a plus
