Marketing & Client Success Manager (Independent Contractor)

Twisted Fix Factory LLC is growing, and we're preparing to add a Part-Time Marketing & Client Success Specialist to our team.

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated professional who enjoys social media marketing, relationship building, and helping small businesses grow. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity with flexible hours and the opportunity to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our social media presence.
- Create and schedule engaging content.
- Design graphics and edit short-form videos.
- Respond to comments and direct messages.
- Generate leads through networking and outreach.
- Schedule discovery calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Support the continued growth of Twisted Fix Factory LLC.

Compensation

- Monthly independent contractor retainer (based on experience and workload).
- Performance incentives for helping secure new paying clients.
- Opportunities for increased compensation as the company grows.
