Marketing and Business Development AnalystSourcePro Search is partnering with a leading law firm to find a Marketing and Business Development Analyst to join their high-performing Marketing Department. This strategic role is ideal for a data-savvy, research-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, market intelligence, and business growth strategy.What You'll Do:Conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends, target opportunities, and support practice group growth strategiesCreate detailed client, prospect, and industry intelligence reports to inform business development effortsTrack and analyze legal market developments, competitor activities, and industry-specific opportunitiesLeverage data and analytics to support strategic marketing and business development initiativesMaintain and enhance the firm's CRM and experience databases, ensuring accurate matter reporting and data integrityAssist in RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials, ensuring alignment with firm brand and strategic goalsDevelop new marketing collateral to promote the firm's services to targeted audiencesManage and track outreach campaigns using the firm's CRM system, measuring engagement and resultsProduce impactful submissions for legal rankings and awards, collaborating with PR partners when neededPartner closely with attorneys and practice leaders to execute targeted business development initiativesProvide backup support during team absences or high-volume workload periodsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or analyticsProfessional services experience (law firm, accounting, consulting) strongly preferredExceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with Nexl, Foundations, Bloomberg Law, and Dun & Bradstreet a plusStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team settingWillingness to travel between offices as neededIf you're ready to bring your analytical expertise, market insight, and strategic thinking to a respected and dynamic legal team, we'd love to connect.
