Marketing and AI Assistant (Remote)

Michael King Associates (financial advisor careers, 40+ years) runs its marketing and outreach on Claude AI. We need a part-time, remote assistant to manage it day to day.

What you'll do:

• Run our daily email outreach in Claude and our CRM
• Draft LinkedIn and X posts
• Keep our research and trackers current

You:

• a creative thinker with marketing and strong computer skills: Excel or Google Sheets, Canva or similar design tools, social media and email platforms, and you use Claude or ChatGPT regularly.
• Basic coding is a plus.
• You're organized, reliable and discreet.
• Any major welcome.

Details:

• 20 hours a week, $17-20 an hour, remote (U.S.).
