Full‑time | Remote | Salary $200,000+ with bonuses.

Hyros is looking for an AI Prompting and Automation Engineer to optimize our AIR AI agent, improve client revenue, design new agents, and train others.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize the AIR AI agent for customers to improve results.
• Add new AI automations for large clients.
• Diagnose failing accounts and realign their AI agent to achieve 3‑5% revenue gains.
• Be the expert in prompting and create default easy settings and strategies for smaller customers.
• Help the team strategize new ways to apply the AIR agent to increase revenue.
• Train other agents and lead a team whose role is improving results.
• Detect problems and errors in AI messaging and collaborate with engineers to adjust them.

After initial execution, you will have the opportunity to build out your own team.

Requirements

• Long experience writing high‑conversion email marketing copy.
• Extremely familiar with LLMs and marketing AI for content creation.
• Knowledge of AI agents and email automation workflows.
• Attention to detail and obsessive optimization mindset.

• Base salary: negotiable based on experience.
