Managing a portfolio of 4-6 consumer services accounts, the full-time Marketing Account Director will focus on enhancing lead quality and funnel conversion while utilizing advanced technologies and coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints related to lead quality and market dynamics Own the senior client relationship, focusing on cost per acquisition and aligning marketing strategies with client sales teams Required qualifications 6+ years in lead generation or consumer services marketing, either in-house or at an agency Strong understanding of lead funnel economics, including CPL and cost per acquisition Experience working with clients who have sales teams and aligning marketing strategies accordingly Familiarity with local SEO and campaign structures relevant to home services Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts
