Its technology combines multimodal perception, generation, and low-latency infrastructure to support conversational video interfaces.The company is backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners.Tavus is hiring a founding marketer to lead brand, product marketing, and category development.This role sits outside a traditional marketing structure and reports directly to the founder. The successful candidate will own narrative development, content creation, and distribution end-to-end.Key Responsibilities Include:Developing and maintaining core company and product narrativesTranslating technical concepts into clear, externally facing messagingCreating high-quality content across formats (written, video, demos, launches)Supporting frequent product launches (weekly cadence) with structured messaging and assetsOwning and evolving brand positioning across website, product, and external channelsDriving distribution through organic, social, and PR channelsContributing to category definition in an emerging marketCandidate ProfileThe role is open to candidates across a range of seniority (typically 4+ years' experience), with a focus on demonstrated execution capability.Two common profiles are expected:Narrative / Creative FocusStrong ability to develop clear, compelling messaging from complex inputsHigh attention to detail across writing, visual output, and overall brandExperience producing product-facing content (e.g.
