Senior Project Director – Quantitative ResearchLieberman Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Director to join our growing Quantitative Research Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced market research professional who enjoys managing complex studies, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with clients to solve critical business challenges.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our custom research experts to lead multiple quantitative research projects from start through finish.

The ideal candidate is analytically driven, highly organized, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of quantitative market research studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple national and international quantitative research projects simultaneouslyDesign and write research questionnairesOversee project fieldwork and ensure successful executionSupervise data processing, validation, and analysisReview, proof, and post data for topline reports and final deliverablesDevelop compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate findings into actionable business recommendationsSupport proposal development and contribute to new business initiativesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and proactively resolving issuesMaintain exceptional quality standards throughout all phases of the research processWhat You'll BringEducationBachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related fieldQualifications & Skills4–7 years of market research experience, preferably within a custom research environmentExperience conducting research within the pharmaceutical industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPassion for market research and uncovering meaningful insightsExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of SPSSWork EnvironmentFully remote positionEmployees must maintain a committed, private, and distraction-free workspaceStandard business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTSome evening or extended hours may be required to meet client and business needsCandidates may reside in most U.S. states but must be available to work within the Eastern Time ZoneCompensation & BenefitsSalary$70,000 – $100,000 annually, plus bonusAdditional CompensationEligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus based on performanceBenefitsEligible employees may participate in:UnitedHealthcare medical benefits following 30 days of full-time employmentMetLife vision, dental, and LTD benefits following 30 days of full-time employmentCompany-sponsored 401(k) retirement plan following 30 days of full-time employment (employer match included)Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan following 90 days of employmentPaid Time Off & Company PerksCompany-wide holiday closures (currently 12 weekdays annually)Up to 15 scheduled vacation days per yearTwo company-sponsored half-day celebrations each yearAbout us :Lieberman, Inc. is a premier market research company headquartered in Great Neck, NY.
