Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing survey research on time and on budget, working closely with other departments and suppliers.
- Handling all aspects of project management/coordination for ongoing tracking studies, including sampling, fieldwork management, data processing, reporting, and client interaction.
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships and developing understanding of their business issues.
- Analyzing and interpreting results; preparing client reports and presentations.
- Assisting with expanding and enhancing current studies, as well as proposing new research to help meet our clients’ needs.
- Creating and managing the necessary documentation of project requirements.

- At least 2+ years’ experience in the market research field including prior project and client management.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, if required.
