To support and scale outbound initiatives, the full-time remote Market Research Executive will conduct data research, maintain CRM hygiene, and manage outbound databases to identify ICP-fit accounts and facilitate lead distribution for SDRs and AEs. Key responsibilities Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases with accurate contact information Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including data validation and deduplication Required qualifications 1.5-3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM for data management and hygiene Familiarity with data enrichment workflows and outbound prospecting processes Basic understanding of automation or scripting to streamline data workflows is preferred
