The Market Manager acts as the internal expert on market trends, dynamics, and customer needs. This role is pivotal in defining where to play by translating market insights into actionable strategies, investment priorities, and long-term growth opportunities aligned with business objectives. The Market Manager is responsible for market segmentation, analyzing market size and growth rates, and developing strategies to drive solution development comprised of Copeland compression, controls, and enterprise software offerings.
