FM&A is partnering with a premium food market to find a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional service, strong operations, and developing people.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily market operations, guest service, and product presentation.
- Manage sales performance, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
- Train, coach, and develop team members and department leaders.
- Maintain food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Lead from the floor during peak periods and build a culture of accountability and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory or management experience in food retail or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of sales, labor, margins, and inventory management.
- An approachable leader who thrives in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
- Experience with POS systems and basic business software.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
